I have already noticed three cities that do not show up. Allen, McKinney, and Little Elm.
Not 100%, but with my business sometimes other trades pull the permit (electrician, plumbers, etc) and even though I have the structure or improvement permit, it doesn’t show up under my business name. I also noticed that if the home owner pulls the improvement and we do just framing or structure or demo, those aren’t showing up either. So, I think that they just list the major ones.
You can always manually add permits if they are not all showing up on Buildzoom.
