Why is it that BUILDZOOM is so much more superior then all the other web-sites combined, when you look at the value that you get over here.
With the Forum of questions, the scoring-system, the ranking-system, the point-system for answering and asking questions, the endorsement-system, the marketing-system, the credentials, most all of them are industry first and are setting new and higher standards that others need to either meet or exceed, or get out of the way!
Even the leads are cheap if you compare them with Servicemagic, they would charge you a minimum of $12 up to $50 per lead and most of them were bogus or someone just checking, here you get 5 already for $19.95 and the rest is all freebie!
So 5 X $12 would be $60.00 per month minimum and 5 X $50 would be $250.00 per month WITHOUT all of this!.
Buildzoom is fairly new and getting better everyday.
The best site, is the one that gets the most exposure for both itself and the contractor, ultimately generating the highest amount of project interest and customer leads.

While this might change as Buildzoom grows, I believe their revenue stream relies on contractors “upgrading” their profiles by charging fair and reasonable monthly fees that upgrade contractor exposure in more “categories” and additional “areas”. This is a terrific value for highly rated contractors as they will appear near the top of the added categories and areas. More exposure, the higher probability of attracting additional potential, high quality leads!
I have a couple different sites…that I no longer use…they are difficult to try to udate or upgrade…

Everytime I have an issue or a question, they set about, to correct the problem, or to help…and sometimes even to TEACH me something that I did not know…

This company understand the importance of customer service and actually answer the phone.
Buildzoom is better priced than the other guys, and we should know since we have retained many of them over the years.
This company is high tech and also has enough pull and clout to get the customers in the door and they vet the customer something the others don’t seem to understand enough to do.
The quality of the customers are better from Buildzoom. Most of the customers that we find on here are ready to hire and ready to get their projects started. They also seem to be more informed and aware of how the remodeling process works. If a customer reaches out to us from an area that we dont service, I recommend they find another contractor through Buildzoom because I think the customer will have a better experience than using HomeAdvisor or Angie’s List.
They are not better than any of the other sites that try to match contractors and homeowners. They publish erroneous information about contractors that have no established business relationship with build zoom. They post made up reviews that have no name attached to it. If you want a reputable contractor, ask friends, neighbors, lumber yards etc. Build Zoom is a giant waste of time!
