Unfortunately home Owners only see the money sign when they need work done, compromising quality and long term satisfaction.
As contractors I believe is our responsibility to educate them in the process of the construction. Must of them do not understand the amount of work, craftsman and material that is need it to do the work correctly.
Obviously it is important to have a budget for expenses and time for the project. But we can not jeopardize Quality.
