I would rather work on residential

98% of the time I work on residential houses. I like to take my time and do high quality installation instead of having to be in a rush with other trades working on top of me. For me it’s quality not quantity.

We prefer commercial tenant improvements and offices.

We do residential and commercial (Concrete; Staining; Overlay).

For me it would be residential I don’t like being rushed on a job. I like to make sure my work is Top quality. The better work you do the more work you will get.
