Roof rafter repair and other storm related repairs
Hurricane Helene storm damage to my mothers home. Tree fell on house breaking several rafters. Will need framing carpenter, permit, and bring the roof structure up to code for the roofing contractor (perhaps Southern Quality Roofing to install roof cover). Decking boards will be needed too. Other damage within the house. Ceiling repair / replacement in 4 or 5 rooms and wall repairs from water damage.

It's post-hurricane Helene and unknown if there was damage to the roof. I'm suspecting there may be loose shingles as a result. There were downed trees that were further away, but some smaller trees closer to home, wind, etc. I want to obtain bids if I need to submit to home insurance or enter for a FEMA home repair claim.
