Multiple Residential Repair/Remodeling
I have a little bit of time this week to speak to contractors but I generally have much more availability over text.
The house is roughly 875 Sq ft + "Screened in porch," roughly 7x8, wouldn't need any structural changes, windows and no work is needed on the bathroom.
-Vinyl planking for the house besides the kitchen of roughly 8x11 and the bathroom
If possible, can you include estimates based on this work and the building of a car port with a retaining wall that will need to be dug into a hillside, as well as replacing some concrete retaining walls roughly 3x24?
