One adjustment to the design is that I would need a home office in this, and with that we would extend the master bedroom build out to the same exterior wall as the bathroom. We would then add a wall when entering the master bedroom for an office space. We also would do a simplified exterior. It would just be board & batten in the new parts - no changes to existing structure.
