Small Multi-Family New Construction (2-4 units)
My partner & I are interested in taking advantage of the home ordinance and building 3-4 homes in Austin, particularly in 78702, 78721, 78722, 78723, 78745, 78751, 78752, and 78757. We have plans in place, though these plans are subject to change, as our final plans will be based on the lot acquired.
