    Realtors and buyers beware! This builder is extremely unprofessional, all the way up to the VP of operations. I voiced my complaints on behalf of my client who left their office in tears. I received a 2 sentence reply from the VP! They clearly do not care about customer service what so ever. Doesn't make one feel very confident in how they build their homes. WORST experience I have ever witnessed. My clients felt like they were being sold a used car rather than a supposed " luxury semi- custom build". Our experience with Sitterle has been 110% superior in customer service and quality of product.
