Deck and Small Swimming Pool Renovation
I would like to repair or rebuild my existing outdoor space, which includes a swim spa. The deck, which is large, has many loose and cracked boards, and the railing needs to be completely replaced (it is rotting). The swim spa, which is leaking, also needs to be replaced, but I’d prefer to replace it with something more like a traditional pool. I am ok keeping the basic footprint the same but have some ideas about improving some of the plumbing and electrical stuff under the deck. I would like one company to manage all of this and I hope you will educate me about what it should cost.
