I would like a quote on a "dryed" or "roughed in" 18x30 room added to my home with "roughed in" electric. I would like to know the cost without roughed in electric as well. Things to know about my home: My house is a 1 story home with a basement but the main living floor is above ground almost like a second story, The addition has to be built on top of a hollow concrete foundation or a post/stilt foundation.
