    Tim was on post when providing a quote but once we made the initial deposit back in August for $10,237 and signed a contract, customer service, timeliness, and quality of services went down the drain. After speaking much back and forth and hearing all the excuses, we decided not to proceed with the project before it even commenced on November 8th. We were promised our refund minus charged in which I asked for receipts. Still nothing. I have filed an AG complaint and a BBB complaint. They ignore our calls and give us excuses as to what the hold up is. I'm tired and will write wherever I can on whatever website this horrible company is linked to in order to save anyone else from losing out on hard earned money. He is expensive and prided himself on giving the best product but we got duped and bad. Save your money. There are plenty of great contractors out there who have their ish together
