window (which I have that meets the code} to a space bigger that 36X36 the exterior is brick and its on 3rd floor in Beth
The 3rd floor bedroom was cited by City of Bethlehem as unusable until an egress window is installed. I have the window that meets the code 36X36. There is an existing window 34 X 36. The aperture must be enlarged to accommodate headers and 35X 36 egress window frame. The bedroom is on the third floor. The existing exterior is brick.It needs a permit from Bethlehem, Can you do the job?
Simple job, needs permit in Bethlehem Pa... enlarge opening on third floor where there is a 24x36 window to accommodate a 36X36 Egress window which I can procure,needs headers headers, exterior is brick, interior is drywall. Need soon Nothing else required.
