Horrible experience with him. I currently am sitting here with my water turned off because of a leaking water line he installed in a bathroom he remodeled. None of my phone calls are being returned. Another plumber said I should sue him for the cost of having the job done wrongly, and he would be willing to back me up. Meanwhile plumber said to turn on water sparingly for shower etc because of water gushing from water line and I have to pay for water. I'm dreading to see my water bill. He also installed a front door which is half done. Please do not hire this person!

I have nothing good to say about Michael Klitchko. He was contracted in September 2014 to build a garage. 9 months later, the garage is still incomplete and I cannot reach him. The electrical work is not done, the outlets are crooked, the roof is bubbling up... he even damaged the neighbors property. He was paid 90% of his job, and is no where to be found. If you care about your home you will NOT hire this man. He is a con-artist taking advantage of people that care about their home.

-Poor attitude: arrogant, spoke negatively about homeowners to their father, gave attitude to young lady staying at the home, blamed others for his doings
-Terrible finishing work: Trim is cut jagged and not flush with the wall, did not putty holes, holes in drywall, We requested him to come back and fix our trim and molding and he never returned our calls
- Did not do all the parts of the job that were listed in the contract until we questioned him about it and pressed for it to get done.
-Hurried through most of the work.
-Hooked both the bathroom and laundry water lines backwards (hot/cold).
-When questioned about things he told us to go to home depot and get supplies to DIY.

Extremely unhappy and will NEVER use him again or refer him to anyone.
