Our clients at Frenchies Modern Nail Care secured a 1,450 sq. ft. retail space, eager to transform it into a sleek nail salon. Their top priorities? Maximizing their eight-month free-rent period and sticking to their $250k budget.

With plans finalized in November—just as contractors became scarce for the holidays—we acted fast, arranging four on-site meetings that month.

Initial bids ranged wildly from $226K to $314K, but through strategic revisions, scope reviews, and tough negotiations, we helped lock in a deal with Prestige Columbus Construction for just $209,600—well ahead of their deadline.

For over four years, Jake has led our Project Management team, bringing deep industry expertise and a passion for building. A graduate of Oregon State University in Construction Engineering Management, he was actively involved in the Associated General Contractors of America and Associated Schools in Construction competitions.
