Concrete Work
The primary thing I need done is to have my front steps refurbished or replaced. The previous owner attached a bunch of stone to it and it's in bad shape.
Depending on remaining budget, I would like the following done as well, in order of priority:.
1) A walkway put in between the front of the property and the steps (about 20 feet in length). I prefer pavers (porcelain, pre-cast concrete, or poured), but am open to slab depending on budget.
2) A patio put in next to the steps (roughly 13 feet by 5 feet). Again, pavers preferred here, but we are open to slab.
3) A walkway put in between my carport and back patio
