Residential Concrete Work
We have three concrete bids out and have not received word from any at this point.
This will be a custom 4000 ft two-story house with a daylight basement, retaining walls, footings, a driveway and 3-car garage floor, a stamped concrete front porch, a stamped concrete lower back patio, and sidewalks.
In the future there will be a barn floor and a shed floor.
The excavation work is done. We will have our septic test done tomorrow and will be able to submit our plan to the county for a permit.
We signed papers on selling the 1st phase of our farm yesterday and now have money to move forward. If interested, please contact me. Thanks!
