Hi, I am looking to get an estimate for pre-construction service for excavating the front lot to add parking space and building a retaining wall around the excavated surface area. This is for the following property: 95 Brooks St. Brighton, MA 02135 Look for an initial assessment to obtain permitting and get a design. Also want to look into building a parking garage instead of open parking spaces. The front lot has gas/water/sewer lines underground.
