Sunroom basement and floor rot repair I Ihave a 14x14 sunroom with a full basement which was build around 2011. Correct waterproofing of a sidewall was not done. (And probably the French doors were not properly installed.) There is a LOT of rot at the end of the floor joists, the sill, and the outer plywood. There is some rot in the subfloor of the sunroom. There is some sinking of the sunroom floor. I need the floor joists sistered, part of the sill replaced, the outer wallboard replace, ice and water dam installed (to be safe), and new Azak board and batten put on.

Our balcony/deck needs to be replaced due to water damage and needs to be redesigned due to original construction flaws. Also looking to expand the balcony a bit, and a new sliding door needs to be installed. Please contact me if you're interested. Thanks!
