    Roofing, evaluate framing structure

    Nick Lunig is a honest, fair, and excellent professional. He first gained our admiration in 1999. We had had 4 different roofers try over a period of 15 years to fix persistent leaks in our roof. He fixed the problem and it's stayed fixed ever since.
    He also sent men out on an emergency a few years back when 15 feet of snow, over a single month, had created HUGE ice dams. Nick didn't have a website in those days. But I'm writing now as he has helped us once again!
    We had a truly rotting chimney completely rebuilt by another company.
    But then they told us our garage attic was pulling away from the older main house and needed re-framing -for over $50K.
    We were skeptical and called Nick for his opinion. He came on a SUNDAY and said that
    A) the framing was fine
    B) framing was unchanged from 1999
    C) IF we wanted, for our peace of mind, he would insert some long bolts from the garage framing to the main house to insure stability for $400. But he didn't think it necessary.
    You can TRUST NICK LUNIG and LUNIG CONSTRUCTION with ANY project.
