Home Addition
Hi,
I am interested in adding an addition to my home. We'd like to build the addition off of the back of the house, enclosing a portion of what is currently a deck. Our address is 18707 Stanton Ave, Castro Valley, CA 94546.
The project would involve demoing part of one wall at the rear of our living room and expanding back. We would like to keep the part of the wall with the fireplace intact, if possible. There is a large redwood tree near the addition, which may need to be removed as part of the project.
The total size of the addition is approximately 11 ft by 19 ft. I've attached photos for reference as well.
We do not yet have architectural plans and would be interested in a design and build quote.
What would be the next steps in this process?
