The shower base has hairline cracks near the shower drain, which I assume were created when a plumber replaced the shower drain in August 2024 after leaks into the garden condo were apparent. Leaks were hidden for almost two months after drain replacement but reappeared early this month. The hairline cracks are currently sealed with silicone adhesive, but there exists some flex in the shower pan, so I'm expecting the leaks will begin again at some point.
