Window Repair
This is a window repair project. The main issue is water intrusion caused by failing caulking and improperly installed flashing, which has allowed water to enter the building over time. This has resulted in rot and damage to the wood framing, especially the middle support beam between window sections.
The third-floor windows are the most severely impacted, with visible signs of water penetration and significant damage to the wood around them.
The second-floor windows are not as badly affected, but they have the same flashing issue, and repairs are needed to prevent future damage and to match the finish.
