The 10 Best Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Contractors in Cincinnati, OH

I started a renovation project with a contractor, and did not do any official PE drawings or designs. I had a mood board from an interior designer and the sketches attached that I did as a minimum requirement for permitting. I have fired the last contractor for failing to show up for work and incorrect work, and am looking to hire a new contractor. Before this, I would like to get a full set of architectural drawings with the plans for the renovation done prior to hiring a new contractor so there is an exact plan laid out on paper that I can use to collect accurate bids.

I am available this week for estimates. I opened a can of worms. Removed a retainer wall between the kitchen and living room. The ceilings are popped and the transition work is going to require a lot of attention. I would like for the support beam to be covered with 3/4" Oak over a 11' span. Existing and new plan drawings are done. Demo a few walls in the kitchen, rip up floor tile, construct a few walls to make the first-floor bathroom smaller, and create 2 new HVAC chases. The ceiling came down in the kitchen from a leak in the bathroom above. There has been a plumber that took care of the leak, and ServPro took care of the water damage, so now I just need a bid for insurance for kitchen repair and putting it back together.
