I had hired HB Enterprises to rebu9ld my garagewhich they did do and I gave them a great 5 star review. Since I gaved that reviewI found that the gutters where not draining.I have been fighting with Mr Baldwin for over a year to correct this problem. He has promised me many many times that he will take care of it. He even said within the next week. He did send a person out to look at the gutters. That guy said they needed to be replaced with seamless gutters. Since that time( 3weeks) haven't heard for Mr Baldwin. I sent messages to him and even said I'd be happy just having them pitched correctly. No need to replace them. Haven't heard fro him since.
So I take back my 5 star reviewand submit a 1 star.He might be able to do a job but if something isn't correct you're SOL trying to get him to fix it.
Find a better contractor because H B Enterprises will not stand by ther jobs. Steer clear!

I hired HB Enterprises to do my buildout on my new wedding venue and Author and his team made my dreams come true, my venue is everything we imagined it could be, thanks to the vision of HB Enterprises and their devoted team.⁣⁣ There was a issue with my balcony structure and Author work with the Architect and constructed a beauty balcony. Arthur walked me through building permits and gave great communication during the whole process. I would recommend using HB Enterprises for all your Construction needs.

We converted an outside accessable storage room into a first floor laundry room. Authur and his crew did an excellent job on the conversion. It is now accessable through the kitchen and is first class all the way. I highly recommend this company for your construction projects. Thank you HB Enterprises for a well done job.

Let me start by saying we would Absolutely use HB Enterprises again! Arthur took my idea for a deck and made it significantly better. He showed us design images and then was able to make changes for the better even mid-project. He worked with us in good faith about payment plans and was respectful to me, my wife, and my kids We are very happy with our deck.

We gave 5-stars, but the most accurate would be a 9 our of 10. We were told 5-10 business days and it was over 20 until the project began. This is the nature of contracting and we understand, but it was slower than we expected and were told. However, the deck is amazing. You won't go wrong using HB enterprises and we do highly recommend them

Everything they said they'd do they did. And they did it very well. My project would probably be done by now but mother nature caused many delays. I would highly recommend H B Enterprises.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish with working with Arthur & his Team I very blessed that he reached out to help me when no one would I would recommend him & his company for any project that needs to be done

This was a very terrible experience. Do not hire Arthur to do your bathroom or anything! He said it would take 2 weeks to complete our bathroom, it took 4, before we told him we were done. My wife and I finished it ourselves. He hires incompetent people to do the job and so many times they had to come back to fix what they messed up. The floor tile is still not perfect, there are many spots that are either not flat or cracking. Arthur does not order what you ask in advance, so we had to pick out new items, as the items we wanted were out of stock by the time he was ready to purchase. He also did things out of order, leaving us to paint around the vanity and toilet instead of finishing the walls first, so that none of the paint got on the tile and there weren’t spots behind large items left unpainted. To this day, one of the professionals he hired asked if we’ve talked to Arthur. Evidently Arthur has not paid him and he’s wanting his money. This is just a snap shot of how awful our experience was. DO NOT HIRE this company!

Have used them for multiple projects thus far. From a Spa Deck, to laminate flooring, to a basement finishing. Very happy with the quality of work, and will definitely be using them on future projects.

I needed drywall, plaster texturing, prime & paint on a portion of ceiling in a great room. Communication with Arthur was professional and very satisfactory. He made excellent sugges-tions to make it a quality job. The crew finished work timely.

I am very pleased with the work this company did. The workers were very meticulous and worked really hard. They did an excellent job. I will definitely hire them again. And I will recommend them.

Baldwin Enterprises did a complete tear out and rebuild of our bathroom. We are very satisfied with the results. We despised spending any time in our former bathroom due to its horrible condition. Baldwin Enterprises' trusting, friendly and considerate workers have created a bathroom for us that is very beautiful, functional and NOW a joy to utilize. Whenever we had questions or concerns Baldwin Enterprises was helpful and willing to satisfy our requests. We needed additional repairs done for the job to be done thoroughly and correctly. So the work took a little longer to complete than planned. But we are happy with our new bathroom. People visiting have been very impressed by the transformation as well. Thank you for everything guys!

Mr. Baldwin has done wonderful work for us at our rental properties. He is an excellent communicator and has kept us informed throughout each of the jobs he has done. On one of the jobs, he did the siding on the entire house including the windows and soffits. Mr. Baldwin informed us during the job that there were 4 windows that needed to be changed out. I had my brother in law check it out and he was right about the windows that needed to be replaced. Mr. Baldwin ordered the new windows, installed them and completed the job with no issues. He also changed the front entry doors at another unit, measuring and installing the front door and storm door with no issues.

I have not met Mr. Baldwin as of yet, because I am an out of town owner. However, I feel like we have had meaningful conversations about the different jobs he has done for us. Based on these conversations I believe he is another set of trustworthy eyes. When he goes to one of our properties I feel very comfortable with Mr. Baldwin during the job even though I am out of state. Thank you Mr. Baldwin and team for your professionalism and trustworthiness, and when other jobs come up.

We were getting bids on a property in Cincinnati that needed a full rehab. Art was an excellent communicator, was very professional and timely and his bid was in the realm of what we would have expected for a full cosmetic rehab. We ultimately decided to sell the property as-is vs. doing a rehab from out of state. So I cannot speak to the quality of work but I'm inclined to believe he runs a Class A contracting business.

Arthur and his team with Baldwin enterprises were absolutely wonderful. They screened our back patio and replaced our patio screen door. We had tried to screen the patio by ourselves, but it was very difficult. However, Arthur and his team put the screen in with precision and it is very secure. The new screen door is a perfect fit. Arthur is great with communication, pricing, and completing the projects in a timely manner. He made sure we were happy with every small detail. I highly recommend hiring Arthur!!

I was referred to Baldwin Enterprises by a co-worker, I was very pleased with their work so I decided to use them to remodel my basement. Baldwin Enterprise remodeled my basement completely with framing, electric, plumbing, drywall, and all the finishes. They installed a new bathroom where none existed. They were very professional, curtious, and on time. He and his team listened to what I wanted and delivered it to my expectations and beyond. I would highly recommend them for projects of this nature.

Baldwin enterprise did a very poor job on my door replacement. They had to come back a few times to repair it and then did a poor job putting up the trim on the outside; there is insulation exposed to the elements. Now the owner won't fix it and says it's supposed to be that way. Don't ever use Baldwin enterprise.

Mr. Baldwin and his crew were very professional. They did the job on budget, on time and it looks fantastic. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and we were pleased with how quickly we were able to get the job scheduled and completed. I would have no 2nd thoughts about using them again for another project or recommending them to friends and family.

Arthur and team completed a commercial project for us. We were at a point where we needed someone to pull together a list of items quickly to complete our project. Arthur handled every task we threw at him and completed it on time and in budget. He continues to be who I call when a new project arises. I would recommend Baldwin Enterprises to anyone looking to have work done.

Arthur and his team with Baldwin Enterprises completed our 3rd project - new flooring in my kitchen and dining area. Arthur and his team did an excellent job! He always does excellent work for me. I have hired Arthur's team for 3 projects now - 1) bath tub changed out and flooring in my hall/guest bathroom, 2) ceiling, baseboards, door and window trim, and lighting in my basement, and 3) kitchen and dining flooring. Finding Arthur DBA Baldwin Enterprises has been a God send and blessing. I call only Arthur now for all my home needs. He communicates regularly throughout a project, he comes back and catches the details I find (I'm very detail oriented), his quotes are fair and affordable, his workmanship is excellent, and I am VERY pleased with everything Arthur's team has done for me, thus far. I have other projects and all I have to do is call or text him. I love my new flooring in my kitchen/dining area, it's really opened up my and brightened the whole area, and they did a great job! I go to Arthur first for all my needs!

Arthur Baldwin DBA Baldwin Enterprises did a great job installing a new bathtub/fixtures and flooring in my hall bathroom. They are currently doing a great job installing sheet rock ceiling and new wood trims, plus lighting in my basement as well. I will always go to Arthur for all my home remodeling or repair needs. Of all the contractors I've worked with, his company is the best - punctual, reasonably priced and excellent craftsmanship.

Baldwin Enterprises installed a tile floor that extended from the kitchen to our family room. I love the floors and receive lots of complements on them.

It was a pleasure doing business with Baldwin enterprises, they were very professional and was on time. I would recommend them to my friends and I am very happy with my new kitchen.
