Basement Finishing
We are finishing half of our basement in Collegeville Crossing. Approximately 450 ft2. Nothing fancy, just walls, a ceiling, heat, recessed lights, a door to the unfinished half of the basement, and outlets for electronics. We just need a video game room for our tween sons. We would like mildew-resistant drywall, though. We can paint and install the LVP flooring if that keeps our budget down.
Flexible on time, but would love to get it done by summer.
