My name is Molly Michael, and I am the owner-builder for a new single-family home project. I am reaching out to solicit competitive bids for the exterior wall finishing on this project. The home is built using Faswall blocks for the walls, and we have approved architectural plans (attached for your review). The home is designed as our forever home.
Project Overview
Home Specifications: The main level will be approximately 2,200 finished square feet, including 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an attached garage of about 991 square feet. The basement (walkout style, roughly the same footprint) will not be finished initially but will include rough electrical, plumbing, radiant heating/cooling systems, and bearing walls.
