Think twice before using them.Long story short our new 20K roof ended up being MUCH lighter than the pictures in the catalog. While I was repeatedly told that it was the same color, it was NOT in fact even close. Upon further examination I realized the entire catalog used for the business is extremely off in colors. They are not even close. We were not shown actual shingles (I recommend you ask to see shingles) and were not told that shingles out of the box are many shades lighter than the pictures. To make things WORSE the owner didn't bother to come look at the job, but instead went by pictures taken of the house. We were told that we could either learn to live with it, pay $700 to paint the house (which is 90% brick) or pay 10K(reduced price) for a new roof. I would suggest finding someone else and I would be very afraid to let them do anything interior given that the project manager (Trey) did not explain this to us. I contacted several roofers after this and was told by ALL of them that shingles out of the box are not exact and can come out much different than the catalog pictures. They picked up final check today and didn't even bother apologizing about how my house looks. Have yet to admit the color differences.

I was looking for a contractor that is trustworthy, experienced and reasonably priced to repair leaks on the roof of my barn house. A law enforcement friend introduced me to 1-10 Construction, a women owned and operated business. They didn't charge to come out and provided a detailed cost quote (not estimate) to do the repairs on a schedule that met my needs.
We ended up having the attic foamed, which would prevent any future issues.
1-10's employees were professional and when beyond our expectations to ensure we were totally satisfied with their work.
