My hot water heater was working fine. However, I replaced it because it was old. Even though the new one was replaced 5 weeks ago, I am still getting air in my water line. They inspected it once and found that the original installer should have replaced the bad expansion tank. They replaced it for free. However, I am still getting air in my pipes. I will call them again, but I am not confident they will find the problem. On the last visit, the plumber did not have any other suggestions as to the cause.

I called Home depot for info of a water heater they referred me to 1800heaters, i spoke to rep who game me some prices over the phone and in further research found them to be just a good as the other independent guys and Lowes. The 50 gallon 9 yr Rheem cost me 1035.00 tank and labor plus permit of 95.00 i needed a new valve which the installer didn't charge me for. He was in by 2 our by 3. Fast curious and clean. I was very very happy with the work. After the work was completed the other idiot plumbers called saying they could have done the job cheaper, which wasn't true because i priced them on same day install at almost 300 to 500 more. Thanks 1800heaters and Home depot. Job well done. I'm very happy.

These guys gave me an estimate for a replacement hot water heater for $1,043 and charged my card $1,243. They said my tenant said ok but I paid for the work not my tenant. Now they are giving me the runaround saying the work was needed. I would have hired someone else for much less but they sounded reliable. Don't use them unless you are at the property to negotiate changes they somehow "forgot to mention" on the phone.

Bought a toilet from Home Depot, and it was installed today by Joe. Very polite and pleasant. Invited me to watch as he worked. When he finished, he cleaned up his work area. Joe was highly professional and hope to have him back when my kitchen appliances arrive next week. Highly recommend 1-800-Heaters!.

Had them install a water heater through Home Depot. Shoddy workmanship. Unprofessional plumber. Not knowledgeable, slow, took personal phone calls, left a mess, substandard work. Will not use again!

These folks were prompt, honest, expert, and the price was more than fair. Harry was here last week, Joe was here today, both were very experienced professionals. The problem is SOLVED! Highly recommended!
