The top roof blew off there is a second roof still in place. oppd wants a reconnect permit pulled before they will reconnect power. i have looked to see if the service was bonded and the ground goes back to the water line coming in and jumps the water meter. there is a ground rod. owner needs power to have the roof fixed. he will not leave the place unlocked for the day and he works.... see more
