    $75,000

Amazing company! I got the best price out of 5 estimates from 1 OAK for my kitchen and bathroom remodel and they through in recessed lighting throughout my home for free. Im very pleased with our project manager Davis and the 1 OAK team. The best part was the project was completed in under 60 days, 2 weeks earlier than the finish date we agreed on with no kinks in the process. Thanks again 1 OAK and I will be calling you guys soon if my plans get approved for my addition. Sincerely, Frank

Completed a bathroom remodel in 3 weeks. I didn’t like the fact they “must” pull permits on my job but the rest of the process was smooth and straight forward. They sent me to the show room to pick my tiles and vanity, too many options. Tile guy is a perfectionist!

I currently use this company for Tenant Improvement on multiple buildings I own. I found this contractor through the home magazine and checked their yelp reviews and liked what I saw. Price is not always the cheapest but they get the jobs done on time and clean. I deal with Yaron who manages the jobs, he has a pretty amazing eye with design. Yaron provided me with multiple cabinet suppliers grade A quality and fuxtures

    Complete Home Renovation
    $180,000

Me and my wife Jessica were on the internet in search of the perfect most aesthetic contractor in Los Angeles to help us remodel our dream home in Topanga and put the finishing immaculate touches on our property that we recently acquired. We where INITIALLY TURNED OFF from the ongoing questions when they called me but when we met with David and Josh from 1 OAK we were almost certain we found the contractor for us, having never dealt with contractors in Los Angeles since we moved from the East coast. Since the proposed work was over 100k, we got over 7 estimates and interviewed innumerable companies before receiving these estimates. We ended up going with 1 OAK and extremely pleased that we did. Now that the work is finished we can NOT even begin to imagine having gone with another company. They fully tore out the interior of the house, opened up our floor plan, thus renovating our 4 bedroom home. They also did the landscaping in the front and the back and all the the lights and fixtures into LED all for the best price that we had gotten from all the companies that we interviewed. I should also add that the price was not the reason why we chose them. These guys are rock stars.

Best company ever! We went with them with our bathroom remodeling project and our kitchen remodeling project. David helped us every step of the way and worked within our budget to give us exactly what we wanted and we are very happy with the final product. We will also be going with them for our addition project if the city approves our plans. Me and my family are grateful we found a General Contractor that we could trust. Thank you to Josh as well who was with us every step of the way through out our project!

Had a tuff time getting a good fair estimate on my Kitchen Remodel. I came into contact with 1 OAK Remodeling when searching online threw HomeAdvisor.com Josh reached out to me and set an appointment the same day. By the end of his presentation I was sold on his company and him. The price also caught my eye right away, after he broke down the materials and costs with a much lower price then prior Contractor Bids. Only took Josh a little over a week to complete my Partial Kitchen Remodel. Very happy with the work.

I appreciate the hard work and honesty. If you have a construction project you should call 1 Oak Remodeling.

I am very happy with the way my roof turned out and everything else. Thanks.

Overall, the experience was good. The person who was to be our project manager was a little awkward and needed to get details about the job for the contract from someone else on a weekend and it took a long time. We also felt pressured into the contract, which we ended up canceling and going with another company. The owner came back with the project manager and was just telling us what we wanted to hear, didn't seem confident and it just felt weird overall. It threw a flag and thankfully we had a meeting with another company that was just a better fit for us from a personality standpoint.Confidence and no bullshit.

HORRIBLE experience. Called morning of to confirm the appointment but still an hour late and had to cancel. Rather then apologize just excuses. Traffic, can’t find your house.

If your time is valuable to you and you’re looking for a dependable company that follows through and hits their deadlines then based on first impressions, STAY AWAY.

For the rest, good luck. Hopefully you’re not out a lot of time and money. If they can’t show up on time for a first appointment what makes anyone think they can finish a large project on time.

Response from 1 Oak Remodeling November 16, 2017
Hi David, My name is Joshua and I am the CEO of 1 OAK Remodeling. I apologize for your recent experience with our company. It's to my understanding that we arrived on time and kept calling you but got no answer. I myself, rang your number a couple times to let you know we are on the street but cannot find your house located in Pasadena which is NOT an easy find. Unfortunately, when we called you numerous times you did not respond. We received a call from you from a different number 30 minutes later in which we still waited outside and let you know that our guy is outside but not sure which house was yours... You did not want to give him directions and told him to leave. I really apologize for your experience and hope you will understand the circumstances. If you are still interested we would appreciate a chance to change your experience to a positive one at any convenient day/time. I can assure you we will not waste your time . Sincerely, Joshua K.

Excellent customer skills; not just friendly, but actually listened. Seemed to be the most professional and trustworthy of several bids received. Offered the lowest bid by several thousand dollars, finished on time and cleaned up very well. The wall that was opened up to fix plumbing was patched and painted flawlessly. Will definitely call 1 OAK first for any future business.

Office assistant-type person reached out immediately to set up appointment. Insisted I be at the appointment even though I was clear this is my husband's dream project and I was just helping out with setting up some times. She was very pushy and said since we were married, we both needed to be there to sign the "CONTRACT". I told her we were not in a position to sign any contracts, just wanted to get a quote. She then acted surprised and said in that case they could send one of their "trainees" out. I told her no, thanks, but she was still being a bit pushy about coming out.

Hired 1 OAK to remodel and remove a bearing wall in my kitchen. We originally hired another company and declined service with 1 OAK Remodeling as the bid that was provided by Josh was $4,000.00 more than others. Josh kept explaining we needed to upgrade electrical and plumbing not just switches and outlets like the other company's recommended. When we got started with the remodel (After Demo) the other project manager tried to charge us $9,000.00 so we immediately fired them and hired 1 OAK. Sometimes its very difficult to make the proper decision especially after meeting many different company's. I'm glad we found out sooner than later that 1 OAK Remodeling is a spectacular company.

I contacted this company recently to remodel my kitchen. They have excellent customer service and great work ethics. From the start of my project till the end they did not keep me out the loop 1 time. The project manager kept us well informed every step of the way. They are very knowledgeable regarding permits, electrical, cabinets and more! I will be calling this company in the near future to finish up the entire home. I will recommend this company as they exceeded my expectations and followed up with me during and after the job to make sure I was satisfied. Addition to remodeling they installed 6 recessed lights in my kitchen!! I will give this company 5 stars for professionalism, honesty and quality.

I have so many words to say about 1 OAK Remodeling and even then it would be an understatement. This company is just superb. Between the quality to the customer service to the time frame of the work being completed, they couldn't have done it better. They updated and extended my kitchen 4' out and fully gut and remodeled my bathrooms. Although they are not as competitive with the pricing as my last estimate, the quality of work made up for it. They offer 24/7 around the clock service which is important as I work during the day and can only get updates at night or during my day off on friday.

Found these guys on Yelp, and wasn't sure what to expect. They came by, climbed up and gave me an estimate for my roof. Their price was fair, not the cheapest, but FAR from being the most expensive, somewhere right in the middle. I had multiple layers of shingles that needed to be taken off, as well as some wood damage underneath. The guys at 1 OAK took care of EVERYTHING, they pulled the proper permits, set up the city inspections, and made sure the whole project went smoothly. They installed some new energy efficient shingles on my roof and I can already feel the difference in my home. Overall i had a great experience with 1 OAK, and highly recommend their services. Thanks 1 OAK!

I looked online for a contractor to remodel my parents' bathroom for their Beverly Hills condo. We immediately got call after call from contractors that sent over extremely aggressive salesmen. 1 OAK sent over the company owner instead, Josh was extremely polite, and very patient with my strict father. Had a few funny calls trying to translate things for my dad (he suddenly thought Josh was bringing over a chicken when he meant "chicken wire"). Overall we had a great experience with 1 OAK, great service, customer care, and finished in a timely matter, but most importantly the bathroom looks great!
