  Wow, 1st Stop Fencing is amazing. They just did a 6 foot tall, no climb fence with three strands of hotwire for my horses (one of which is a Belgian draft who breaks everything) and this fence is safe, secure and beautiful. It is perfectly straight (despite our extremely rocky and steep ground) and is such a pleasure to behold and my horses haven't been able to mess with it at all. The fence posts are so deep and the fence is so tight and strong. I have had so much horrible fencing in my life and this is really the best ever. Great company. Wonderful to work with. I highly recommend and I plan to have them come back and do more. Gates are hung perfectly and look so professional. I am delighted with the experience working with them. They are fast, use high quality products, don't skimp and are just so skilled. Really happy customer here. The best experience I've ever had with a contractor. They did everything they said they would do and more. They really go above and beyond and want their clients to be happy. I am. So are my horses! I highly recommend them.

  Second time I have used Clint to install a new iron fence. He quoted me a competitive price to do 150 feet of fencing and 2 gates. He completed the job in a timely manner and I'm very happy with the outcome.

  We were very happy with the job on our fence. The price was very reasonable; they showed up when they said they would; cleaned up afterward and the fence looks great. They also repaired two gate doors which were not part of the original estimate.

  Quoted for 2 fences to share with 2 neighbors. After I paid him for the first fence and when he was working on the second fence I realized I had paid him twice for material I paid at Berco since they used his account number when I paid $724 with my credit card. . He had offered to do a fence for the garbage enclosure for free. When I asked him to return the overpayment he gave all sort of excuses about his expenses and then turned around and quoted me over $600 for 2 fences with 30 dog ear boards for the garbage enclosure. He charged the exorbitant amount of $600 labor to install a third rail on each fence. He refuses to return my money. Also, on the second fence I asked him to do 2 retaining walls at 2 different levels. Well, he used the dog ear boards to go beneath the dirt level and covered everything with dirt instead of installing the retaining board on the top level. Because he never leveled the retaining walls along the fence he had to chop the boards to keep the top level and there are big gaps between the bottom of the boards and the retaining wall. Broke sprinklers and never said anything had I not noticed. His contractor's license has been revoked. He has the following citations: 12/11/2014 Non-compliance license revoked per 7090.1( failing to comply with civil penalty of "order to correct"; Summer 7090.1 Citation 9/19/2005 Canyon Country; Spring: 7090.1 Failing to comply with civil penalty, suspension of additional licenses and revocation of licenses; the same on 7/25/2008; Livermore Winter 20114-2015; 12/11/2014 License revoked per 7090.1 and violation 7027.1: Advertising without a valid license in class advertised; Khalid Wilson complaint: advertising without a contractor's license; 10/3/2007: Illegal pool-related operations; 9/26/2007: Illegal contractors in Solano County; 5/2/2008: Contractors State License Board Target Phone Contractors

  HORRIBLE

  I wish it was possible to give zero stars. Job ended up cost more, taking way longer and in the end he never finished. I still have the fence debris in my yard a month later, which he was supposed to clean up. I finally took the first load of it to the dump last weekend and will take the rest this weekend. This guy is just one excuse after another. NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONTRACTOR. Check yelp there are similar reviews for this guy.
