    NIGHTMARE

    The owner is a hack. There's a reason he may show up in a jalopy car to give you a bid. BECAUSE he is a terrible contractor and gets no referrals from previous customers. I mistakenly accepted his pitch to build an easy job for me. A pump house. His "great idea" to save everyone money was to pay cash and not pull a permit with the county. Well, that didn't work out for me. Not only did he try to charge me way more than his original quote, the quality of his work is terrible. Maybe he doesn't own a carpenters square? Fortunately, after finally running him off with a call from my lawyer, I pulled a county permit and hired another local contractor with a solid reputation, REAL referrals, a professional apperance, and an actual work truck. Don't make the same mistake I did. Please also notice his lack of records of pulling permits with the county! Enough said.
