Wow contractor Tony Ramirez and his crew are the best team we've ever hired. They did a beautiful job on my kitchen. My husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen and wanted to enlarge it to give it an open floor plan. My husband actually was the one who found Tony and I'm sure glad he did. The first day we met Tony he was a breath of fresh air. He was on time friendly, outgoing, patience and very kind even our dog liked him. He listened carefully to everything. He took notes, made very helpful suggestions and answered all our questions. He sketched exactly what I wanted down to the last detail. I really liked him!! He gave us a reasonable price and set up a time frame when they could start the work. When he started the job he brought in all professionals that really knew their craft. From the, electricians, cabinets, countertop, plumber everyone was topnotch knowledgeable men. They kept things organized, and neat. Cleaning up after every job. The best part is Tony kept his word and they finished on time. Actually they finished a few days earlier. I have a dream kitchen. Please take a look at my pictures. We'll certainly use "12 Steps Construction" again. I couldn't be happier... Yay!!

I had a contractor work on one of our properties in Studio City, The man left me Hi and Dry. I turned to Tony Ramirez of 12 Step Construction. The man knows his stuff. He knows how to deal with the City and took care of the construction that needed to be done in a professional, sufficient matter of time. I have him now working on a bigger project. He keeps you informed throughout the entire project and makes you feel comfortable, besides being reasonably priced.

I hired 'Tony' to replace 2 windows (with security bars) and reinstall a 3rd security window bar. Windows were supposed to be retro-fit custom windows (to fit inside removed window frame w no drywall patchup work required), bu after hounding him 2 weeks his brother 'Al' shows up w/ wrong sized windows, leaves 2 workers alone w/out proper tools. They cut drywall for oversized new windows but security bars did not fit new larger windows (he wanted to charge me extra to refit security bars!) Plus after waiting 4hours Al did not have right drill bit to secure 1-way security screws so he POUNDED the screws in!! Forcing beams thru drywall!! DONT USE THESE GUYS.
