Poor customer service and installers. I had my solar installed in 2020. The installer destroyed my ceiling leaving damage throughout my house and my ceiling fell down and in the garage. I reported it to them and they were not sympathetic and only offered to cover a small portion of the cost of the damage. The panel I have already had to replace two in 2023 and now its 2025 and few more are out and they will not help you at all. The lady that answers the phone will send you to many different companies to call but she will not help you. I was told they would last 20 plus years, but they don't even last 3-5 years, and you spend thousands of dollars for garbage.
