19 Squared Remodeling

I used this contractor for multiple home projects including bedroom walls textured and painted, popcorn removal from ceilings, complete bathroom remodel, patio french door replacement, and gutter installation totaling over $22000.00. Was originally quoted project taking 3-4 weeks and was finally completed after 3 months and several phone calls and texts later. Original work on bedroom walls and ceilings looks great. Poor communication between contractor and crew resulted in placement of wrong sized pipes for shower fixtures. After several attempts to make the wrong fixtures work with various parts from multiple fixtures and my many phone calls and texts later, they ended up having to break out tile and replace piping. End project looks nice but took a lot of persistence to get completed properly and 3 months with no shower. Supervisor, Joel, came out and completed several projects that were unfinished and was very apologetic. Contractor, Scott stated it was my responsibility to let him know if things were done wrong or not completed. He only came for the initial visit and then never came to inspect the project at any time. Never even bothered to see the end project or to call and say if finished. He should earn a finders fee only.

19 Squared, LLC helped us with our home remodel (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, stairs, HVAC, windows, fencing, paint job), and they were great to work with. They were very organized, process-driven, and got the job done (on time). They helped clean up some work left behind by another contractor, and did a fantastic job. They were great to work with and had a fluid administrative process, and used skilled sub-contractors to complete their work. I cannot express how thankful we are that we used them to complete our remodel. Our only regret is that we did not use them sooner (at the start of our remodel). But we are so glad that they successfully rescued our home remodel!

We had a requirement to pour a patio and repair a concrete drive. They did a great job. Verry professional. I would highly recommend Scott and his team
