I also was ripped off by Joe Ford. Made a big deal about how he could charge less for my generator because he was going for volume. Claimed he had over 100 in stock with crews working to.install 7 days a week. Took credit card deposit of over $7000 mid August and then again in September. Almost $5000 more than the full quote. Now all of their numbers, including his cell, are disconnected and his website is available for purchase.

Do not use them! Bad experience! Joe is the worst! Took $7800! He never came to install generator but when 6 months passed I asked for my money back, still haven’t heard! Do not ever call him! Read all reviews, I made a mistake and learned my lesson, people like him should not be in business! Do not use him there are better people out there!!

Horrible experience. Do not use this company. Took $7500 deposit for 24 generac. Told 4 to 6 week delivery since someone backed out. Installed wrong generac. Rude and obnoxious!! Took over 4 months and only installed after weeks of telling them I wanted to cancel. Told me to take them to court. Do your research and read all reviews

Horrible experience. Stay away from this company. Joe Ford took $600 deposit for a car charger install in our garage. Never showed up. Called the business number on the invoice and the business card, it did not work. Won't do cash payment to a contractor next time. Lesson learned.
