Long story short I hired Scott in April 2017 to demolish and rebuild my home. Scott informed me the plans would cost around $2K. I ended up spend $4K on new custom home plans, from a company that he recommended. In October 2017, for the first time he was asking for payment. He could not produce and estimate for the home build or any documentation from the city about the proposed plan. Against my better judgement I paid the company that drew up the plans. After that Scott fell off the planet. Construction was supposed to begin in March 2018. I haven't heard from him since December 2017. Today is May 12, 2018.
