My wife and I had a satisfying and rewarding experience using the professional home remodeling / reconstruction services of 1st CHOICE HOME IMPROVEMENT, LLC. Mr. Oscar Rodriguez (the company owner) and his highly skilled and versatile crew had just completed a beautifully executed, well designed, extensive remodeling project at my son and daughter-in-law’s residence in Fairfax County, VA. Oscar and his crew’s excellent work, professional integrity, job site cleanliness and work schedule reliability resulted in 1st Choice Home Improvement, LLC. being highly recommended to us by our family members.
From our very first on-site meeting with Oscar Rodriguez, my wife’s and my experiences were both pleasant and positive. Oscar carefully and respectfully listened to our proposed remodeling and construction plans. He contributed a variety of practical, cost saving and improved design suggestions to our proposed plans. His objectives seems quite clear from the outset. Mr. Rodriguez wanted to help us build our “dream” home improvements but within a cost effective and practical budget. Oscar carefully pondered our revised construction plans and, within hours, proposed a very attractive charge for his company’s desired services and required construction materials. My wife and I agreed. The next day, a well drafted, formal contract with 1st Choice Home Improvement, LLC. (a duly licensed and fully insured contractor within the Commonwealth of Virginia) was presented and mutually signed. Actual work was immediately scheduled and timely commence within 3 days.
Throughout the duration of the project, all work proceeded smoothly and free of concern. Oscar and his crew, at all times, conducted themselves with the utmost respect for the safety and security of ourselves and personal property. They constantly cleaned up dust and debris as they worked. Every day, prior to departing, the worksite was left clean and orderly. Extra effort was expended by Oscar and his crew to ensure that the finished work product would meet or exceed our highest expectations for quality of workmanship and aesthetics. All work was finished as contractually agreed; one day ahead of schedule!
