Owner
We hired Brian Elliott in 2018 to work as a GC for a large renovation. He was very polite and answered all my questions. So we hired him. The remodel was to be approximately $100k. He asked for a $12,000 deposit. We both signed the contract . But, he never did the job and never paid us back. He put us in a terrible financial position. We went to Court and got a judgement, he has never even tried to make payments.
My word of warning is, RUN AWAY FROM BRIAN ELLIOTT !! Is a thief and a liar.
