I've used this company on all my projects and they came to my personal house I've had this crazy leak over 15 roofers have put roofs on and never fixed my leak Mike came over did some water test and now I'm leak free I will rave about Mike and his knowledge I never thought I'd figure this out but Mike came and now I'm the happiest guy in the world... Mike your the man

I used Mike from 1st choice to redo my roof I called spoke to Mike himself , he showed up on time and looked at my roof explaining everything in detail and options all while showing me photos I went with the permanent fix Mike himself showed up with his crew again on time. I dealt with Mike the owner with every step and couldn't bee more satisfied. The work was sufficient, on time,all completed in the same day.i definitely was not expecting to have such a great experience start to finish as you all know we have horror stories with roofers highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs very honest and reliable.

Best roofing company around I am 82 years old and been through dozens of roofers to fix my leak for over 20 years this leak has been never fixed until Mike the owner of the company came out and took care of it once and for all I am so thankful and he did not over charge me or over sell me like everyone else he could of sold me a new roof like 12 others did but he was honest very rare but very thankful I will forever recommend this company.thank you for taking care of something nobody could

I would definitely not recommend using this company. Very unreliable. Mike is a good talker. Makes many promises and never sees them through. I have been dealing with Mike since Aug. 2020. Sick of him......dozens of calls, voice mails that were ignored. Came 4 times and still have the same leak that I paid his company to fix. It has been 7 months now and I now will have to call another roofer and put out more money because I can't play his game anymore. He has taken advantage of a customer who has been very patient with him and now has made me feel like a fool that I let this go on this long. He actually told me that he would never leave a customer hanging, never unsatisfied. Like I said, he's a good talker. Terrible business man. How can you be in a roofing business and not be able to fix a leak.....

If you need a roofing company, these guys should be your first choice; no pun intended. They are one of the rare old school multigeneration family businesses you rarely see these days. What we thought was a rather minor repair and a roof over on a 17 year old roof turned into a major job of replacing every rotted out piece of wood, bolstering a few joists that were rotted, and the entire facia behind an aluminum overlay. Apparently the "roofing company" that the previous owner of my house hired not only skipped scraping the old roofing off, but just laid brown board aka particle board right over a gravel roof and then covered it. There were sections literally close to caving in. It was that bad after only 17 years.
I worked construction my whole life with the exception of serving in the US Navy and found these folks are professional, courteous, and keep you well informed of what they are doing. They truly have pride in their work. Even with having to drop an extra two grand in materials and the extra days of getting a much bigger than thought job done, the additional charge was just materials and labor from what I see, not to mention the large discount they gave me for being a Vet and disabled. They really pulled my fat out of the fire in what could have turned into a major disaster for us. God bless every one of these guys and thank you.

I was extremely impressed with the serviced I received from start to finish i called in a panic from heavy rain leaking in my room mike answered my call at 8:45pm came right out tarped my roof.mike and his team came out and installed a brand new roof in 1 day cleaned everything up after this tornado hit im still leak free and very satisfied. call 1st CHOICE ROOFING if you want a roofer you can trust

I am finally providing my opinion on roofing work performed on of my roof on the back portion of my home in July 2017. Mike's was professional and his words seemed genuine and trustworthy. He did the work, I paid him in full , and he said he would come back and put some capping on the roof he repaired (and he wrote it on the receipt/contract). But he never came to install the capping. Then about 1-2 months later my roof began leaking again in an area that was directly under the repaired roof. I called him ~ sept 2017 and asked why it was still leaking, he told me he would come back and look. He never did. I called again in nov 2017. He said he would come check it out after thanksgiving 2017. He never did. I did not call anymore because the company clearly does not care about my roof or business. So please take this as a WARNING... and choose your roofer more carefully than ever!!

I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional service I was provided I called for a estimate on my roof that has been leaking Mike came right out noticed the leak and repaired it for me and we have been leak free since. I don’t know where to start I called because I had a bad leak and mike answered my call at 7 pm he came over to see the leak and he went and got a tarp installed it during the rain I signed the contract for the roof he got me on his schedule immediately mike the owner came out and did the work with his crew which all were very nice the roof look really good I’m so thankful for these guys I have a 15 year warranty and no leaks I highly recommend 1st Choice roofing. I had 3 companies try and stop my roof leak I called 1st choice roofing on a Sunday around dinner time I was very shocked I got a answer on Monday Mike came out took a look at my roof gave me a estimate on a new rubber roof and replace my drain I hired them to do the work on Tuesday they came out and put the roof on I was very pleased when I saw the way they covered all my plants and made sure everything was cleaned up they were very prompt and very respectful of our property after we experienced snow and heavy rain fall I was so happy to have no leaks Mike called me and checked up on his work which made me feel like I know I made the right choice this time.I can not express enough how great of a job they did I never had a roofer I can trust until now 1st choice is definitely my family's and I roofer for now if your looking for a great job and some one you can trust I highly recommend Mike and his guys I saw the pictures and my roof looks great my neighbor even just hired them thanks for helping my family to stay dry.very professional roofers

I had a bad leak in my bedroom and skylight i called 1st choice roofing and mike came out on time and inspected my roof he showed me pictures of the roof and my skylight and gave me the option to repair or replace my roof i was scared cause the weather was calling for more snow i went with the new roof and skylight mike and his crew came out the next day and did the roof and skylight.after the snow,ice,and rain i had no leaks at all mike had called me after the storm and asked if any leaks i told him no and still he came back out just to recheck the work due to not knowing if it dried before the weather started i recommend this company and i am very satisfied.they were very prompt with their time they made sure everything was cleaned up they made sure my bathroom was covered while installing the skylight if you want a professional and very honest and reliable roofer call them. I hired this company to do a new roof and kitchen roof for my elderly mother I met with Mike on September 5, 2015. He did a free estimate on the roof and explained everything that was needed and recommend he provided pictures of the work before and after I would highly recommend this company for any roofing work if you want an honest and reliable company also after the rain and snow I received a few follow up calls I never met a contractor that called after the work I was very impressed from the start thank you and your crew for a great job on my mothers property. Roof was leaking in my garage. Contacted Mike and he started working on August 28th, 2015. Water was still sitting on my roof so I contacted him and he came out two months later to work on it. He didn't do anything because the problem only got worse. Seams came up, water still sat on my roof. Kept contacting him and kept getting the run around from him saying he cant come because other jobs, rain, snow, etc. Had to contact my home insurance for help with the issue. I paid Mike $2100 and was told in person/writing I was getting a whole new roof. Home owners said nothing but patch work up there. Wouldnt spend a dime on this company nor trust them.

Mike came right out and everyone tried fixing my roof and never did he came out and was very professional explained everything showed me and fixed my problem I even had them fix my mother's roof if you want a great roofing co definitely recommend them
