After he came out and measured our window he ordered the glass and said it he would be back in a week to install it. He rescheduled once because he said the glass had not come in. Then he rescheduled again because of a family emergency. We were understanding but it was very inconvenient for us since it was January and it snowed several times. Finally, another man came out to install the window. The window has 2 panes. There is a big smudge on one of the panes of glass. Unfortunately, the smudge is on the inside of the 2 panes so there is no way to clean it off. I guess we will just have to live with it. Overall, pretty unsatisfied with the service.
