If I could give these guys no stars, I would. My property management company hired them because of their cheap price. They weren't worth it. Very unprofessional and a very poor job.
Showed up a day late to do the pressure washing. I was having issues with my water line that resulted in needing a plumber and as I requested them to use the other line they nodded and proceeded to continue to use my water and cause the issues in my home to get worse. I had to communicate with them in another language for them to finally understand what I was asking, only to hear them constantly make fun of me for it the next time they showed up. I watched them take a 2 hour break sitting on my lawn before they cleaned up and went home. They then claimed that the house needed a day and a half to dry, in the middle of 90 degree weather, from the pressure washing in order to paint, extending their already late start another day.
When they finally started painting their lack of experience and rudeness continued. They literally pulled out plants without saying anything. I would have repot them if they had given me the opportunity. They painted debris into the siding of the house, got paint all over my screen door, and forgot to paint the inside of the door which now still has a strip of color from its previous paint job. They didn't wait for proper drying so now I have paint all over the door jam and the painting itself is just awful looking. Took another 2 hour lunch break before they finished cleaning up their debris, which they didn't get all of it and I had to clean my yard up after them. They even left their broom.
If you want a quality professional job done, don't hire these guys.
