    Unfortunately, was ripped off by charging $317 for just turning on a valv for my refrigerator water which was not getting provided due to secondary valve been shut off. Felt like a rip off and explained this situation to operations manager who was super rude and was unable to justify this cost. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REPAIR SERVICE DONE BUT CHARGED HEFTY $317 which was told is a minimum even to touch anything. WISH I HAD OPTION FOR ZERO STARS
