Dishonest contractor. We came on web wanting to write a review about this service provider hoping to prevent other people from having the same experience that we had - only to find other negative reviews. Similar to the previous poster, they charged us for repairs that were not needed. Our furnace was never broken to begin with. Not only were we charged for "misc repairs", we were also charged for testing and cleaning. Please read their BBB ratings as well. They got an F - with 5 formally filed complaints.
