I had my home and office security system installed by Marcus for thousands of dollars. The home system stopped working almost immediately after he left. It took him a very long time to comeback to fix it. He charged me another $100. It again failed a day later. Then he stopped responding to me for many many months. Given up, I hired someone else for another hundreds of dollars to fix it. After I switched internet, my home system no longer working. I hired another cable professional to come take a look, that guy said he needed the original code of the system. Unfortunately, no one had the code. So I texted Marcus for the code since this was installed by him originally, this time he responded and said he could not give me the code but he could come to fix it himself. He came and charged me another $400, $300 for home system fixing and $100 for replacing my office loud machine. I paid him the same day. It stopped working the next day. Then, he stopped responding to my call and text again for weeks and weeks. Not even delivering the machine I paid $100 for the office system. Through it all, I paid him thousand of dollars, his installation of my home system only worked while he was in my house and failed shortly after he left. Then no response from him no matter how long or how many times you tried to contact him. My dad who lives with me has dementia, due to his home security system not working, we had to call in the police onetime to breakdown my Dad’s bedroom door to see if he was home. Marcus appears to be the only person in this company. He was unprofessional, not responsive, extremely poor quality, and poor value.
