The restoration of our condo building has been a nightmare. We were promised in writing that the project would take 3 1/2 months. Its 7 months and counting and they are now laying the cement. We were told we would always have access to our units during this through one side or the other but they have just gone ahead and done the whole thing, telling residents with no advance notice that they cant access their condos - or leave them - for 8.5 hours. When we protested they left our front porch alone but told us we would have to make an appointment. This was not what the project Manager told us in October but we discovered that Bill is a terrible liar and cant be trusted. Now we've found out that there is further painting to be done on the outside. Obviously we would never use this company again.
