Definitely would not recommend him to anyone, his “contractors” he has working for him are slime balls. Took 81 grand cash and basically through poop at the wall to see if it would stick. Our house has only been sided for a little over a month and it’s starting to blow off, found caulk spots on the siding. Took the house down to the bones re did everything, had the siding and roof done. How we have bent ceilings, the roof looks like it’s smiling at you, walls are crooked, and I feel like I’m walking up and down hills when I walk through the house. I get it that old houses are hard to redo. Then talk to us. Don’t just act like everything is fine. Get a sunroom permit, lie and say we passed our final inspection. We definitely did not, had to pay almost 12 grand for a new heater/AC unit because they covered up my vents and returns so when I turned it on it just quit working. Oh yea and also we told him 15 times “don’t forget about the HVAC in our new bedroom. Laid the floors with no HVAC did not do a vapor barrier on the addition. It’s just the flooring on exposed plywood. My floorings already coming apart, my brand new shower they put in leaked all over for weeks and they were supposed to fix it. They accidentally cut the power to my barn and gas because they did not check for any lines before digging. I could go on and on. Then he walked off the job and is trying to put a lien on my house over 6,500$!!? Are you crazy? We have had to put in an extra 20 grand going over stuff that he broke! Anyways that’s just a little slice of my experience and I’m his neighbor… I would hate to see how he treats everyone else!
