    Joe is very personable and was able to inspect our property and was able to install a brand new roof within two weeks of our initial meeting. The roof looks excellent and we really appreciated Joe's ability to get this work done ahead of the snow at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, he did not replace one set of skylights which had a leak. Like the previous reviewers, we also had difficulty in tracking him down and he can be unresponsive for weeks although it appears he had health and family issues crop up. We are very understanding of being unable to work when sick or having issues, but being in the dark is very challenging. Ultimately, we decided to let someone else fix the skylights. We remain grateful to Joe for replacing the roof so quickly and wish we could have continued working with him.

    Roofing project

    Job was done in 2 phases.
    Phase 1 was flawless. Excellent communication, professional, job was complete sooner than I expected. Would give 5 stars.
    Phase 2 was not as good. I added work on, but they said they would be able to to it. Communication was 50/50. They didn't show up when promised and didn't finish when expected
    Maybe they promised too much with other jobs go on. Would give 3 stars for phase 2.
    It's been over a month since they "finished" the job, but there are some issues still. I've reached out to them to fix the issues. They said they would, but havent seen them or heard from them so I'm not sure what's going on now.
    Compared to the overall project, the issues are minor. But they still need to be addressed. I hope they call me or email me soon.
    Overall, I am happy. I would use them again. I just wish they would come back and fix the problems without me having to try to track them down.

    Dave, i have a fractured C-spine and ribs, along with a majir contusion causing CPK blood enzyme issues that are messing with my kidneys. I'm bedridden half the day with leg elevated and can't walk much with crutches due to neck pain. Shoot me an email or text in 6-8 weeks..sorry

    Roofing project

    Joe and his crew did a great job. I would use them again. Joe was very responsive and did a great job. He and his team had some excellent ideas to help my project. My project had 2 phases. Phase 1 was flawless and a 5 star. Phase 2 had a few issues, but most was resolved (he is still working to complete the issues) and was 4 stars. Overall I was very happy! Again, I will use him for future projects.
