Job done ok. Subs were pleasant and respectful.
-communications were horrific. Promises to arrive at certain time and then no show. Contractor didn't communicate with his people often. One hand didn't know what the other was doing it seemed.
-job took 10 days and was estimated at 5. Some days no work at all. Only rained one day which is understandable.
-lack of coordination between the owner and subs. Never knew when someone would show up. We stayed in our home for ten days.
-Tile sub sloppily got grout all over my pebble tec finish. Didn't use a drop cloth to catch the drippings when regrouting the tile.
-electrician showed up without any notice while I was at an appointment. He needed the lights for the pool which were in my garage. Fault of contractor not electrician.
-no cleanup or pressure washing was done after completion of the job to remove debris and loose thin set and grout.
-there was no multitasking going on when multiple tasks could have been done simultaneously to reduce time.
-one hour after job ended, owner calls for payment. Told him would be sent that evening. Calls again half hour later to ask about payment. All of a sudden he learned how to communicate.
-I would not use this contractor again for anything.
